Sarah joined NZMS in 2014 and has over 20 years’ experience in property finance. During this time she has worked within the specialised property funding divisions of major New Zealand banks as well as a specialist mezzanine and second mortgage property lending company.

Sarah has considerable experience in analysis and review of property transactions along with in-depth knowledge of credit and compliance aspects for a variety of property classes including residential, commercial and industrial investment property, multi-unit residential and commercial developments as well as land development and subdivision.
