NZMS can assist brokers with the structuring of larger, more complex, or syndicated bank proposals. We are able to provide particularly prompt turnaround with loan offers, on the same day if required, and our policy is to pay the brokerage commission directly to the broker on the settlement of each facility.

The development projects we finance often involve other financial institutions as they move from vision to completion. NZMS enjoys a strong working relationship with all of New Zealand’s major registered banks.
